Morris Cuomo: Try adding 1/2 a cup of sour cream to whatever recipe you are using, I do this to all my cupcakes and they are always moist and yummy!
Omar Phipps: Are you sure the recipe is the problem? Over mixing and over cooking will lead to dry cupcakes, and both are easy to do.
Darren Heling: i use cake mix they turn out every time
Kaylee Schmittou: You can substitute apple sauce for oil and it will be moist and you can't taste the apple sauce. It also cuts the calories down.
