Blair Abdi: Grilled Bacon...bacon is fatty enough and I like it crispy
Ronnie Sardi: Baking it in the oven gives great results. First line a baking sheet with foil and then arrange a pound (500 grams) of bacon slices on the foil. Put the foil-covered sheet in the center of a cold oven and close the oven door. Turn the oven to 200C or 400F and check the bacon after 16 minutes. When it is golden brown, it is ready. The heat from the pan keeps cooking the bacon so take it out of the oven when you see that it is golden brown. If it is not quite ready, keep an eye on it because bacon in the oven can burn fast. If you like, you can undercook it a bit and the freeze it in a Ziploc bag. To reheat it, you can microwave it on medium power for about half a minute.Thick bacon rashers take longer to cook in the oven than thin ones. Take the pan out of the oven when your bacon is done and drain the bacon on paper towels. If you like you can sprinkle black pepper or brown sugar ove! r the cooked bacon. You can also dredge in cornmeal or flour before you bake it....Show more
Clemente Schoeck: the oven method is the easiest and best imo for a large volume of bacon. the grilled method adds more flavor to it, but can be a hassle with the grease, so I usually prefer the pan method. you can also cook it in the microwave, but is the least favorite means of all imo, but hey its bacon...it's not like it really cannot be good anyway you do it.the grill method makes it easy to make bacon skewers too....Show more
Hye Caulley: Cook it in the oven.........................
Florencia Manolakis: Jack, I use the oven, the drippings drop through the holes.
Lita Thammorongsa: Pan cooked. I don't like grill marks on my bacon and pan retains the flavor of the fatty bacon and notably curls it up.
Dexter Dingus: The oven method is easy. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and cut the bacon in half. Place a single layer on the pan and place i! t in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 400 and cook for 18 ! min. The bacon stays flat and the clean up is easy. It also leaves the range open for other things.
Dexter Gold: Pan cooked, then use the bacon grease for frying eggs and/or making gravy.
Coleman Ocegueda: Grilled on a rack in a grill pan or roasting tin so it is not standing in the melted fat and so is much healthier,
Scot Sepulbeda: Microwave is my favorite method.
Roxane Leathers: Pan Cooked
Fannie Collingwood: pan cooked
Travis Sherrock: Pan.
