Maria Bengston: The plastic type is the easiest to wipe off. It is very light weight as well.
Rachell Meese: We haven't had any problems with our wicker patio furniture (Lloyd Flanders brand). They reinforce the wicker with aluminum to add strength, but all you see is the nice, shabby chic furniture look and feel. It is a bit on the higher-end side of patio furniture, but we just make sure to take it inside during the winter, and it's just as comfy and attractive as when we bought it :) They have a great selection at TheFurnitureDomain.com if you want to check out all the options http://www.thefurnituredomain.com/lloyd-flanders.h... Alvaro Oare: Aluminum. Doesn't rust like wrought iron, doesn't deteriorate like rattan. They make different levels of aluminum quality, so for the longest lasting, look for the heavy weight variety.
Adan Stribble: Teak patio furniture is the least maintenance..plastic will! harden and break over time, stains, and is not as sturdy as a good teak set.
Lauri Ohl: I don't know how much you are wanting ot spend but our pool furniture in the plastic stuff you can get at almost any discount store. It is reasonable and easy to clean. Just spary it down wiht the garden hose. We had wood furniture in our old house but it stained easy and was hard to keep looking good. And also the plastic comes in so many colors and style that it is easy to get what you wantâ¦..
